BACKGROUND
Planet Earth, Year 2010 A.D.: In the year 2010, a tragedy struck; the sun, the most important source of sustaining life in our universe, burnt out. To this day, no one knows why and no one knows how. All we know is that this dramatic change caused at least half of the human population to die. Many species of animals became extinct and there was a rapid extermination of many species of plants due to their reliance on the sun. The loss of the sun changed everything. It forced animals and people to live lives that they weren't used to living. Many that survived adapted. Unfortunately, the ones that couldn't adapt were lost. It is now 2050. People are still changing and adapting and learning new things every day.
